Canon’s printing arm, Canon Solutions America, is committed to connecting with its customers to build a results-driven future in digital production printing technology. That connection extends to the end user through each unique application print service providers develop and print on behalf of their customers using Canon Solutions America technology.

The Connection was an 11-part web series that used three real Canon clients recreating their interactions with Canon sales and technology teams over the course of 1-2 years, and in turn, interacting with their own customers. Each story interconnected with the next. We shot this series throughout the midwest U.S. over the course of 2 weeks. The narrative was structured and outlined but was largely improvisational using mostly non-actors.
